My law firm is a sole practitioner in Twin Falls County. The nature of my practice has been centered around family law matters. I have served as a conflict public defender since 2004 handling a variety of public defense cases including misdemeanors; felonies; child protection matters and juvenile matters.

The majority of my private practice is centered around family law matters. I handle divorce, child custody, including high conflict cases, adoption, guardianships, simple probate matters and child support matters.

I have been practicing law since 1992. I have served as a deputy prosecuting attorney five years before entering private practice as a sole practitioner.

Kathy has worked in the legal filed since 1981. She has exclusively worked for Loren D, in family law since 2013. Kathy graduated from BSU in the Legal Secretary Program and has been a Legal Assistant since 1981. Kathy has been a Certified Professional Legal Secretary since 1993 after completing the NALA program.
